Future Griffon Youth Camp

FUTURE GRIFFONS YOUTH CAMP will take place over three days in July. July 8, 9 and 10. The camp will be held at Griffon Baseball Field on the campus of Missouri Western State University. ONLINE REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED but is available on the first day of camp. Water and an athletic trainer will be on site at all times.

*For the Summer and Fall of 2024, METAL and MOLDED SPIKES ARE PERMISSIBLE at MISSOURI WESTERN STATE BASEBALL

Additional Information:

Water will be provided for the campers and medical personnel will be on hand each day.
Please provide arrangements to pick your child up at the end of camp each day.
Bring all baseball equipment each day. We will hit all aspects of the game on all three days.

Features: Have fun while learning the game of baseball. Basic instruction for beginners to more advanced instruction for older players. Every camper will receive instruction and compete each day. The well-organized sessions will allow both individual and group instruction in all phases of baseball: hitting, pitching, catching, infield play, outfield play, baserunning and team defensive concepts. Campers will be divided into teams based on age and ability level.

Equipment: All equipment should be marked with the player's name and phone number. Each camper is responsible for bringing their own equipment - catchers should bring their own gear.

Camp Staff: The camps will be led by the Griffon baseball coaching staff and players.

Safety and Insurance: You must fill out the indemnification and medical treatment forms to complete registration. Once you have completed the registration process online there is no need to bring a print out of the insurance forms.
